We have excellent interior and exterior renovation services, but if spaces are maintained, often the requirement for those services can be spaced further apart. In essence, spending a little on maintenance can save money on renovation.
Maintenance is time-dependent. What we mean by this is that the longer a structure goes without maintenance, the larger the proportional cost is to fix it.
